MAT BASED CLASSES
For the grounded yogi, we offer a variety of mat based practices to suit all abilities
Our classes are a mix of yoga flow and dynamic postures to get your life-energy moving, while meditative poses help you connect to an inner sense of calm. We understand that a balanced yoga class integrates mind and body to ensure the best results.
HATHA YOGA
Suitable for all levels
A combination of yoga flows, longer holds and repeating drills to improve body awareness, connection with the breath, strength, flexibility, movement and balance. Suitable for both men and women of all ages.


YIN YOGA
Suitable for all levels
Yin Yoga is a slow paced, deeply grounding practice which targets the connective tissues, joints & bones. Postures are generally held for 1-5 minutes, encouraging deep passive stretching, a release of both physical and mental tension and a reconnection of the body and mind.

AERIAL YOGA HAMMOCK
Making Aerial Yoga More Accessible for all
We offer a variety of Aerial Yoga Classes and Workshops which include full inversions as well as Aerial Yin & Restorative Yoga. Our style still follows the teachings and principles of traditional Yoga but with the added benefit of flowing with a soft silk hammock. Classes included Pranayama (breathwork) and Yoga Nidra (Relaxation) The Aerial Yoga hammock is a fantastic tool to enhance your practice.

AERIAL YOGA SWING
Aerial Yoga Swing & HIIT Yoga Swing
Aerial Yoga Swing is a full inversion, strength based class which is particularly effective to improve the upper body and core strength. We offer weekly Beginner& Level 1-2 Classes as well as monthly Weekend Workshop which are great fun to try with a buddy!! We also offer a weekly HIIT Yoga Swing Class which incorporates the handles only of the Aerial Yoga Swing and focuses more on building strength without the inversions.

Reiki Healing Treatment
A deeply relaxing & healing treatment for the mind & body. Reiki is an non-invasive, safe procedure which restores balance & enhances the bodies natural healing abilities.
Floating Restorative Reiki
The freedom of floating while being gently supported & held transports us back into our parasympathetic nervous system. Feel yourself release completely & emerge renewed, refreshed & re-energised.
Holistic Counselling
A safe, comfortable, confidential & non-judgemental space to talk.
During a holistic counselling session we consider the mind, body & spirt to create balance.

Private Classes

Private 1:1 or group classes are available in all disciplines.
1:1 classes are perfect if you are starting on a journey of healing, rehabilitation, or recovery from illness or would just like some personal guidance on your practice.
Group classes can be a fun or healing experience to spend time with friends, family or colleagues.
Sessions can be booked for a variety of mat & air based practices and will be tailored to your individual requirements.
