Requirements for the course:

Due to the physical demands of practicing up to 4 hours or more per day, good physical health & fitness levels are required to take part in this training.

Trainees must be able to invert safely, comfortably & independently (a free 30 minute consultation (in person or online) can be arranged in order to assess this if required)

Trainees must attend 100% of the course to a satisfactory level in order to receive their certificate. Certification is performance based and not guaranteed.
