Service Description
Yin yoga is great for everybody at any stage of life. A grounding, meditative, passive yet very effective practice. We move through the postures very slowly, holding each one from 2 – 5 minutes. We make ourselves as comfortable as possible in each pose using a combination of pillows, blankets, bolsters and blocks. Yin yoga stretches deep into the connective tissues, bones, joints and fascia in the body, releasing tension, improving mobility and reducing that feeling of stiffness.
