Drills to strengthen, stabilise & support a healthy body & mind
Service Description
During this 60 minute class we will use various props, including blocks, straps, & the yoga swing to practice drills that will strengthen muscles, improve stability, balance & mobility. There are no inversions during this practice. This class is open to all levels & you will be encouraged to work to your own level/ability. Our aim: Stronger Muscles Improved Balance & Stability Better Mobility Deeper Mind & Body Connection More confidence in a more resilient body. Better physical health leads to better mental health.
