Yin Yoga Workshop - Vishuddha Chakra

Part of a Holistic Series of Yin Yoga Workshops to create balance and bring awareness into the Chakras.

Although they are all connected each session will be offered as an individual workshop.

Vishuddha the throat chakra is the energy centre for communication, expression and rationality.  This chakra is located at the centre of the neck, at the throat.  The fifth chakra is associated with the element of sound and also associated with the sense of hearing.

This workshop will include

• Meditation
• Breathwork
• Journaling
• A grounding Yin Yoga Practice
• We'll discuss mantras, mudras, essential oils and crystals (you will receive a handout to take home)
• We'll end with a deliciously nourishing yoga nidra

All levels are welcome.  No previous experience necessary
