Yin Yoga Workshop - Sahasrara Chakra

Part of a Holistic Series of Yin Yoga Workshops to create balance and bring awareness into the Chakras.

Although they are all connected each session will be offered as an individual workshop.

Sahasrara the Crown Chakra is the seventh chakra and is located at the top of your head.  The word Sahasrara means a thousand petals and represents a lotus flower with a thousand petals.  

This workshop will include

• Meditation
• Breathwork
• Journaling
• A grounding Yin Yoga Practice
• We'll discuss mantras, mudras, essential oils and crystals (you will receive a handout to take home)
• We'll end with a deliciously nourishing yoga nidra

All levels are welcome.  No previous experience necessary

This workshop qualifies for 2 CPD for Yoga Alliance Registered Teachers.  Please request a certificate from Tania after attendance.
