Yin Yoga Chakra Workshop - Third Eye

The 6th of the 7 Chakras.

This Workshop will focus on the Third Eye Chakra - Ajna 

Ajna meaning beyond wisdom, perceive or command in Sanskrit. Also known as the third eye, Ajna is located between the eyebrows.

These workshops can be taken individually or as a series.  They are suitable for all levels of abilities, from a complete beginner to advanced yoga practitioners & teachers.

At the beginning of each class you will be given a crystal bracelet & a handout associated with the chakra which you can take home with you.  We will discuss the chakra, what is associated & how it can affect us.

You will then be guided through pranayama (breathwork), yin yoga asana (postures) & a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating yoga nidra (relaxation).

For Yoga Alliance Register Teachers you can request a certificate of attendance for each workshop worth 2 CPD.
