Yin Yoga Chakra Workshop - Heart

The 4th of the 7 Chakras.

This Workshop will focus on our Heart Chakra Anahata.

Anahata the chakra of the heart.  Anahata can be translated as unstruck, unbeaten or unhurt.

These workshops can be taken individually or as a series.  They are suitable for all levels of abilities, from a complete beginner to advanced yoga practitioners & teachers.

At the beginning of each class you will be given a crystal bracelet & a handout associated with the chakra which you can take home with you.  We will discuss the chakra, what is associated & how it can affect us.

You will then be guided through pranayama (breathwork), yin yoga asana (postures) & a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating yoga nidra (relaxation).

For Yoga Alliance Register Teachers you can request a certificate of attendance for each workshop worth 2 CPD.
