Yin Yoga Chakra Workshop - Crown

The 7th and final Chakra.

This Workshop will focus on the Crown Chakra - Sahasrara. 

The word Sahasrara is translated as “thousand-petaled” and the image represents a lotus flower with a thousand petals.

These workshops can be taken individually or as a series.  They are suitable for all levels of abilities, from a complete beginner to advanced yoga practitioners & teachers.

At the beginning of each class you will be given a crystal bracelet & a handout associated with the chakra which you can take home with you.  We will discuss the chakra, what is associated & how it can affect us.

You will then be guided through pranayama (breathwork), yin yoga asana (postures) & a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating yoga nidra (relaxation).
