Do you suffer with tight hamstrings or sore tired feet? Would you like to release some of that tension while improving your flexibility & mobility? Then please join me for a chilled afternoon of exploration into the world of fascia & how it can effect your body!
During this workshop we will combine myofascial release techniques with passive yin yoga postures. I will invite you to explore your trigger points with a respectful curiosity, learning as you go how to release your own personal stress points, helping to reduce physical pain & discomfort cause by tense or tight fascia, while leaving you more in harmony & connected to your own body.
