International Day of Yoga - Afternoon Yin & Yang Spinal Release

A combination of Yin & Yang Yoga Asana (postures) focusing on creating space, improving mobility and releasing tension in the spine.  This Workshop will be suitable for all levels and will end with a rejuvenating yoga nidra - relaxation.

If the weather is good please come prepared and wear your sun screen. as we may be in the garden, but if it's not don't worry we'll be in the studio instead.
