Whether you're a complete beginner or you have a regular mat or air practice, this will be the perfect morning to hang out with a friend or family member, try something new or just get in an extra chilled Saturday morning flow.  During this workshop I will give the option for students to try inversions however they will be optional and students will be give alternatives or have the option to rest in their hammock and take a break if required.
