Aerial Yin Yoga With Calming Visuals

This unique extended class, blends the benefits of traditional yin yoga with the added support of a soft silk hammock, calming meditative visuals, relaxing music and ambient lighting.

This beautiful offering has been created by Tania Murphy as an accumulation of her extensive knowledge and experience as a certified yin yoga teacher, aerial yoga teacher, meditation teacher and holistic counsellor.

She combines all of these modalities to bring you an immersive experience where you can completely switch off from the stresses and responsibilities of every day life.

There is no need for you to have any previous experience to join us. Your hammock will be suspended very low to the ground and you will be given plenty of other props to help support you if you need them. You will be encouraged and guided to make this practice your own unique experience.
