Aerial Yin & Deep Relaxations

Join me for a deliciously, rejuvenating and restorative Sunday afternoon.  This hammock assisted Yin Yoga & Deep Relaxation Workshop is the perfect way to end your week.

Suitable for all levels and abilities you will be encouraged to make this practice your own.   

During this 2 hour workshop you will be guided through various Yin & Restorative Postures, and given plenty of options to ensure that you find a position that works for you.  Just like bolsters, blocks, pillows etc.  the Aerial Yoga Hammock will be offered as a prop to help to support and enhance your practice.  And just like the other props if it doesn't suit to use it in any particular posture you don't have to.

Each Asana can be experienced at what ever level feels appropriate for you.  You can delve deeper, exploring the body to find that juicy stretch or you can allow yourself…
