This course is suitable for home practice & personal skill development. It can be taken as a stand alone course for personal practice or as part of our 50hr Yoga Wheel Foundation Teacher Training Course. New material is added regularly so please continue to visit to access new content. IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to become a certified Yoga Wheel Teacher and receive accreditation you are required to spend 4 days live in person (in studio or via zoom) training days with Tania in addition to completion of this program.
